Founding offer terms

These terms apply to The Nappy Company founding member offer. The offer is made by The Nappy Company Pty Ltd, which operates The Nappy Company ("we", "us").

The offer

• 20% off your first box. Your first monthly nappy box is 20% off the standard subscription price. At the launch price of $99 a box, your first box is $79.20, including GST.
• Your price locked for 12 months. The price of your monthly nappy box will not go up for the first 12 monthly boxes delivered on your subscription, starting with your first box.

Who can claim it

• You must join the founding list, using a valid email address, before 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2027.
• You must be 18 or over and have a delivery address in Australia.
• The offer is limited to the first [250] founding members who start a subscription. We will show on our website when the offer has run out.
• One founding offer per person and per household.

How to claim it

• Start a monthly nappy subscription between 1 March 2027 and 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2027, using the email address you joined with or the code we send you.
• The 20% discount applies to the nappy box only, not to add-ons, the Newborn Gift Box or one-off purchases.

Keeping your locked price

• You can change sizes at any time and keep your locked price.
• You can skip or pause deliveries for up to three months in total and keep your locked price. Skipped months do not count towards your 12 boxes.
• If you cancel your subscription, the price lock ends. If you subscribe again later, the standard price at that time applies.
• The price lock covers the monthly nappy box. Add-ons are charged at their price at the time.

Share rewards

• After you join the founding list you get your own share link. Friends who join the founding list using your link are linked to you.
• One friend subscribes: a free pack of wipes in your next box.
• Three friends subscribe: your next monthly nappy box is free (one free box per person).
• A friend counts once they start a monthly nappy subscription and their first box has been dispatched and not refunded.
• You need an active subscription to receive a reward. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Friends must be new customers in a different household. Signing up yourself, or using made-up or duplicate details, does not count, and we may cancel rewards earned that way.

Other terms

• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with another discount code, unless we say so in writing.
• There is no lock-in contract. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next box is dispatched, with no fees.
• We will not change these terms in a way that disadvantages founding members who have already started a subscription.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
